"Made by a kid but not just for kids!"

Even for someone my age, it seems like time flies by so fast.  But I'm sure it doesn't go by that quickly for kids in the hospital who are sick.  For those kids, every little distraction of something fun to do hopefully makes their time not quite so bad.

I took advantage of the back-to-school sales in the stores earlier this summer and bought dozens and dozens of color crayons and coloring books to donate to the hospital for the kids.  While coloring might not be fun for older kids, I also decided to donate some of Mark Victor Hansen's book, The Richest Kids in America, in which my story is included.  Rich isn't always about money.  There are a lot of kids featured in this book who are doing amazing things to help others.  I hope that some of the stories will inspire other kids to try their ideas and believe in their dreams.

December 1 will be here before you know it.  I've already been working on my 4th quarter Christmas donation for the hospital since August.  If you missed the information/link on the home page, click here to read what I'm planning and how you can help.  I think there are going to be a lot of kids in the hospital surprised this Christmas when I deliver hundreds of teddy bears.

"Giving gives back."
